Every Wednesday morning, Australian Eastern Standard Time, our Hearts United community gathers online.

It is a relaxed, welcoming space to connect, reflect and begin the day with intention.

Together we explore spiritually empowering books, teachings and ideas, with authors and guest speakers invited to share their insights and perspectives. We come together for meaningful conversation and personal reflection, meditation, personal and collective intentions, and prayer and loving support for those in need.

Some weeks invite deep conversation. Others invite quiet reflection.

There is no expectation to speak or participate in any particular way.
